Sriram Chittella

Sriram K. Chittella is a leader at the United States Steel Corporation (U. S. Steel), where he drives the digital, analytics and AI transformation, spanning across the full value chain, aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee experience.

Previously, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company where he was a leader in the firm's Digital practice. He has over a decade of experience serving private and public sector clients globally, working out of the firm’s offices in North America and EMEA. He helped create value through driving all aspects of large-scale transformations, enabled by digital, technology and AI, with a focus on traditional asset-heavy industries. He holds a Master of Engineering (MEng.) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc.) from the University of Waterloo.
