Eric Rodriguez is the Director of Mesa Site and Attack Operations for Boeing Defense, Space & Security in Mesa, AZ. Rodriguez leads nearly 360 Boeing employees supporting the production and delivery of the AH-64 Apache and AH-6 Light Attack Reconnaissance helicopters for the U.S. Army and allied defense forces around the globe.
Prior to this role, Rodriguez was the Senior Manager of AH-64 Apache Operations and Flight for Boeing Defense, Space & Security. As the operations leader he led the overall production of the AH-64 Apache and was focused on ensuring customer commitments were met or exceeded. Rodriguez has also served as a First Line leader in various positions within Apache Operations and roles across multiple platforms and programs. As a First Line leader he was responsible for the development, production, cost management, scheduling and profit and loss associated with U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, Customs and Border Protection, NavAir and Marine Corps customer programs.
In 2006, Rodriguez joined Boeing as a Flight Airworthiness Inspector and quickly progressed through several positions of increasing responsibility within the Boeing Quality organization and across core areas of Experimental Flight Test, Production Flight Test, Unmanned Aerial Systems, Secure Border Initiative and production operations.
After graduating high school, Rodriguez served in the United States Marine Corps for five years as a CH- 53E Helicopter Crew Chief. Through his excellent leadership, Rodriguez was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business and General Management from the University of Phoenix. Rodriguez is an Arizona native, raised in Mesa Arizona.
