Adam Berg | Director of Learning Solutions | TechnipFMC

Adam has 31 years of experience in oil and gas, including 25 years with TechnipFMC.

His degree is a BS Mechanical Engineering from Rice University, and he holds a Professional Engineering license in the State of Texas.  His past roles include manager of projects, general manager, and program manager for school of engineering.  He has visited 5 continents and many countries for project work, including Canada, Brazil, Thailand, Australia, France, UAE, India, Malaysia, etc.

Michael Burgess is a 25 year manufacturing veteran. After completing his Materials Engineering and Physics degree’s at Western Michigan University he began his career in Automotive ductile iron casting industry. Since that time he has spent the majority of his career in the Aluminum die-casting industry in various roles including Research, Metallurgy, Quality, Engineering, and Operations Management. Most recently he has served in Plant Management and Director of Engineering and Business development roles. He has worked in many highly-automated high volume manufacturing plants and has been responsible for multiple plant expansion projects. He specializes in continuous improvement and problem solving and has implemented numerous automation technologies along the way. A Michigan native, Michael has lived in Branson, MO for the past decade with his wife Anna, and three children Jonah, Micah, and Eden
