The AI Innovation Consortium is focused on evolving AI technology across different industrial sectors including manufacturing. Hear a holistic effort of academia and industry in driving AI technology within the manufacturing sector, as well as on specific work within the AI Defect Detection space. This will include the work that the consortium has done across its four focus pillars, including AI standards & Frameworks, Best Practices, Research and Development, and Commercialization and Business Strategy in the context of AI in Manufacturing. The presentation will include the collaboration with Penn State and the University of Louisville on the development of AI technology incubators for Manufacturing, the collaboration with industry including companies like GE Appliances, and the work it has done with various federal organizations.
Konrad Konarski is a successful entrepreneur, engineer, business professional, and thought leader possessing a unique holistic perspective on delivering AI solutions that bring tangible value to customers for close to two decades. Konrad’s professional career has included working for Fortune 500 companies to lead and support their digital transformations. Most recently Konrad led the IBM Watson Center in Eastern Europe. Currently, he is the chairman of the AI Innovation Consortium and Practice Head for AI & IoT at V-Soft Consulting where his cumulative expertise helps commercialize and deliver industry changing solutions for various vertical markets.
