Neil Reichel is the Sr. IT Business Partner, Digital Transformation, supporting AstraZeneca’s Global Operations sites. He partners with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to identify and implement advanced digital solutions to address business challenges and deliver value. Neil’s role includes responsibilities for solution development, deployment, and scaling, and he has successfully led the recent global deployment and scaling of multiple digital solutions across the site network.
During a career spanning over 30 years, Neil has gained extensive and diverse operations experience with many of the world’s leading biopharma companies including Pfizer, AbbVie, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and AstraZeneca.
Neil holds B.Sc. Degrees in Electrical Engineering and in Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri.
