Reynaldo Ortiz holds a Bachelor degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon University, Nuevo León, MX with a minor in Embedded processes. Since 2018, He has been working for Schneider Electric MX focused primarily on Machine vision, IoT, RFID technology, automation, and Control systems. Currently, he is the GSC Smart Factory Expert at Schneider Electric NAM, driving digital transformation across multiple Manufacturing sites in the region.
His current focus in on areas related to IIoT and Artificial Intelligence working on AI Vision systems to robust the quality of manufacturing processes to prevent failure during the Assembly stage. Condition and Predictive base monitoring as part of the regional maintenance strategy by utilizing Guided analytics modeling, and the utilization of machine learning for self-optimization projects in our automatic testing processes.
