Lauren Dunford is CEO and co-founder of Guidewheel, empowering the world's 10 million factories to achieve sustainable peak performance. Described as "Fitbit for factories" by the World Economic Forum, Guidewheel's AI-powered FactoryOps platform supports manufacturers in driving productivity and decarbonization at scale.
Stanford-incubated and backed by Greycroft, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, and BlackRock and Temasek's Decarbonization Partners fund, Guidewheel emerged from Lauren's supply chain background, including a Fulbright scholarship and five years at Revolution Foods' Oakland production facility.
A Stanford BA and MBA graduate, Lauren serves on the Executive Committee for the US Center for Advanced Manufacturing. She's a regular speaker at Stanford and Davos and delivered an official TED Talk in April 2025, measuring success in approving nods from her wonderful husband and enthusiastic dance moves from her two-year-old daughter.
