Ricardo has more than 20 years of experience in line functions and central roles, driving operations and business process excellence transformations. He has multicultural experience at global companies in the US, Asia and Latin America including Goodyear, Johnson Controls, Abbott Labs and Pepsi.

Ricardo holds a Master of Science in Business from the University of Miami, Florida, a bachelor's in Industrial engineering, and LSSMBB.
