In her role as the ARM Institute’s Chief Strategy Officer, Suzy Teele drives the ARM Institute’s overall strategy related to new technology programs, outreach efforts, stakeholder strategy, partnership activities, and workforce development. Joining the ARM Institute as the 2 nd employee in 2017, Suzy Teele was integral to the launch of the institute and has been instrumental in growing its consortium of more than 450 organizations committed to strengthening U.S. manufacturing through innovations in advanced manufacturing technology, particularly robotics and artificial intelligence (AI), and preparing the workforce to successfully implement and operate these technologies.

Suzy started her career as a systems engineer and moved into commercialization as a product manager, eventually responsible for a $250M software portfolio. Suzy has over twenty years of experience in technology-based business strategy, product commercialization, customer acquisition and retention, marketing, sales, and business development. Prior to joining the ARM Institute, Suzy was an executive at several international software companies, driving strategic revenue growth at technology companies in roles that included General Manager, COO and CMO.
