Brian Kaufman is Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer at Strudel, an AI startup that gives technical support teams real-time context when issues hit and detects error patterns before they become customer-facing fires. He has spent 20 years building software at the intersection of complex operations and technical support, from healthcare systems at Epic to AI tooling for engineering teams. Prior to co-founding Strudel, Brian co-founded and exited healthcare revenue cycle startup Janus Health. He is passionate about helping engineers avoid solving the same problem from scratch each time so they have more time for product innovation.
