Cami Naranjo

In 2026, Cami Naranjo joined Software Toolbox to lead the company’s growth and transformation as an AI-native organization, bringing more than two decades of global technology leadership experience across cloud, artificial intelligence, commercial strategy, operations, and channel ecosystems.

Previously, Naranjo held senior leadership roles at Microsoft across Asia and the Americas, including Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Microsoft Asia’s Small, Medium, and Corporate Sales division. In these roles, she led sales, marketing, and P&L responsibilities across 23 countries, delivered sustained double- digit revenue growth, expanded Microsoft’s Azure, Data, and AI businesses, and strengthened partner ecosystems in key markets including China and Japan.

An attorney by training and former technology entrepreneur, Naranjo co-founded and sold Colexpo before joining Microsoft. She holds a Juris Doctor from PUJ, a Master of Science from New York University, and a postgraduate certificate from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
