Dawn Bali is a Senior Cyber Defense Threat Intelligence Analyst with more than 20 years of experience across cyber threat intelligence, national security, and strategic analysis. At Constellation Energy, she plays a key role in maturing the company’s cyber threat intelligence program, delivering executive-level intelligence, and translating complex threats into actionable defensive measures for critical infrastructure. She regularly briefs the CISO and Constellation’s Executive Security Council on nation-state activity, ransomware, and emerging risks such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and third-party exposure. Dawn helped build Zoom Video Communications’ Cyber Threat Intelligence function and spent 20 years in the U.S. Intelligence Community, including the Defense Intelligence Agency and National Security Agency. She holds an M.S. in Data Science and is an active community leader. Originally from Indiana, she calls Colorado home with her three children.
