Joshua Wiggins

Joshua Wiggins is a Senior Solutions Architect at The Boeing Company, where he leads the architecture, design, and implementation of solutions in Boeing for IIoT and IT/OT integration systems. In this role, he leads teams that manage critical IT products and capabilities including data historians, factory equipment and IoT device integration capabilities, and distributed MQTT-based infrastructure that connect manufacturing operations to enterprise systems.

With over a decade of diverse experience in cloud architecture and industrial technology, Joshua specializes in bridging the gap between operational technology and information technology at scale. He has designed and deployed hybrid cloud and edge-based solutions that enable the secure migration of manufacturing data from factory floors to cloud environments, supporting Boeing's digital manufacturing initiatives across multiple production facilities.

Prior to his current focus on IIoT platforms, Joshua specialized in large scale IT infrastructure capabilities, serving as a lead architect for Boeing's public cloud capabilities and a variety of infrastructure services, establishing governance frameworks and architecture patterns that enabled enterprise-wide cloud adoption for major programs across a variety of technology and manufacturing domains.
