Luke O'Brien is Sales Director at Viaduct, an AI-powered manufacturing intelligence platform that helps discrete manufacturers drive manufacturing excellence across their increasingly connected ecosystem. Luke and the Viaduct team partner with manufacturing, quality, and engineering leaders to find, root-cause, and resolve in-plant and in-field issues — reducing warranty costs, accelerating new-product ramps, and unlocking measurable performance gains across operations.

An electrical and mechatronic systems engineer by training, Luke approaches every customer conversation as an engineer first — grounded in how products are actually designed, built, and tested. He joins Viaduct from the interconnect and hardware technology space, where he led sales across Fortune 500 OEMs and high-growth innovators in robotics, drones, industrial automation, HVAC, consumer electronics, medical devices, and the broader industrial space.

He brings a player/coach leadership style developed mentoring sales teams across the U.S. on a technical, consultative sales approach. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Mechatronic Systems Engineering from the University of Denver and is based in Tampa, Florida.
