Nashay Naeve

Nashay Naeve is a manufacturing executive with two decades of experience leading multi-site industrial operations globally. She most recently served as President of the Engineered Plastic Components Business Unit at Tsubaki Nakashima (TN Plastics), a Private Equity-backed, Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed precision components manufacturer. Prior to TN Plastics, she held senior product, commercial, and general management roles at DuPont Electronics (now Qnity), Redwood Materials, and Caterpillar, including four years living and working in Beijing, where she became fluent in Mandarin. She holds degrees from Iowa State University, Tsinghua University, and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
