Jeff Miller is a highly accomplished professional with almost three decades of experience in the information and data industry. He graduated Cum Laude from Miami University and has a strong track record of optimizing manufacturing and operations for both large and small companies. His primary focus is on facilitating seamless data flow between different business and manufacturing systems, with the goal of making data accessible to all within an organization who can positively impact quality, efficiency, and profit.
Early in his career, Jeff worked as a Naval Intelligence Cryptologist at a secure underground facility now called NSA Kunia, where he learned the value of turning data into actionable information. He has since applied this skill to the manufacturing and industrial spaces, delivering the right data to the right people at the right time to enable informed decision-making through modern technology. Jeff's commitment to process improvements and efficiencies has helped customers do more with less.
Jeff now serves as the Director of Smart Manufacturing and Innovation at InSource Solutions, where he leads the way in the emerging technology of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Industry 4.0. InSource Solutions leverages a combination of software, IT hardware, and professional services to transform manufacturing processes, from initial deployments and upgrades to managed services and adoption coaching.
