He further expanded his expertise by studying Data Science at Harvard University, equipping himself with the cutting-edge tools and methodologies to extract valuable insights from vast datasets.

As a veteran of the United States Navy, Roy exemplifies the values of discipline, dedication, and teamwork. These core principles have guided him throughout his illustrious career, during which he has contributed his expertise to renowned companies such as Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Visteon, and currently with Faurecia Forvia.

Throughout his professional journey, Roy has held diverse roles, each showcasing his adaptability and versatile skill set. He has excelled as a Supply Chain Manager, streamlining operations to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. As a Continuous Improvement Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt, Roy has spearheaded initiatives that resulted in substantial process enhancements and waste reduction.

Recognizing the pivotal role of technology in the modern manufacturing landscape, Roy has also served as an IT Business Analyst as well as an IT Manager, bridging the gap between operations and digital transformation. His expertise in Data Science and Manufacturing Intelligence has empowered organizations to harness the power of data, enabling data-driven decision-making and unlocking new avenues for growth.

Currently serving as a Digital Transformation Manager at Faurecia Forvia, Roy continues to drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies and operational systems.
