He’s the founder and CEO of Kairos Telos Ventures and serves as Chief Strategy Advisor at Dr. Lisa AI, along with moonlighting as Chief Innovation Officer at a stealth AI startup that he's technically not allowed to talk about (we'll be publicly launching soon!).

Formerly, Micah led a global AI task force and executive advisory division at Gartner, partnering with Fortune 500 leaders across industries. His work spans AI strategy, enterprise transformation, and organizational reinvention—with a gift for translating emerging tech into clear, human-centered outcomes.

A man of faith and family, he’s based in Pennsylvania, where he’s outnumbered daily by four small children, one brilliant wife, and a Greek family that believes every meal is a family reunion.
