Cody Risner

As Vice President of Continuous Improvement at Alphia, Cody Risner brings 16 years of manufacturing leadership experience specializing in food and aerosol contract manufacturing. Over the past 13 years, his primary focus has been within human food manufacturing, where he has led operational excellence, continuous improvement, commercialization, and large-scale manufacturing initiatives.

During his time at Alphia, Cody has held leadership roles within Operations and now leads the organization’s Continuous Improvement efforts — an area where he brings extensive prior experience and expertise. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles across Operations, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Plant Management, Multi-Site Leadership, and Commercialization. His experience includes leading manufacturing operations through transformation, operational turnarounds, organizational realignment, and accelerated growth initiatives.

Cody’s background in manufacturing operations and business leadership has shaped his passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and team development, helping organizations build stronger, more efficient operations and high-performing teams.

Outside of work, Cody lives in Ohio with his wife, Emily, and their two children, Braxton and Corbin. He enjoys spending time with family and supporting his children’s activities.
