William (Bill) Teodecki is the Corporate Automation Engineer for Aqua America, a division of Essential Utilities. Bill is responsible for planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of SCADA systems across Aqua’s 8 states. These efforts include technical leadership of process control initiatives, master capital planning, technology roadmapping, specification of system requirements, control system design, and delivery of IT/OT Systems that align with relevant consensus standards. His academic and research pursuits focus on mathematical modeling for process control, stochastic digital simulation of systems, and descriptive and predictive analytics for water applications. Bill also is a board member of the International Society of Automation’s Water/Wastewater Division and the ISA-112 standard committee.
